Returns Timeframe
​​We want you to be as happy wearing our product as we are making it! In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your purchase in its original condition within 15 calendar days of the purchase date accompanied by an original receipt for a full refund.

Return Fee

A $7.00 fee will be deducted from all return orders, unless:

• Your order was delivered damaged.

• You received the incorrect merchandise (size, color, or item altogether).

• You want to initiate an exchange for another item (please see Exchanges below).​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Exclusions
Items that are not eligible for return include: ​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Final Sale items

• Monogrammed or altered merchandise

• Worn, stained, or washed merchandise

• Special Order and Made to Measure clothing

• Sample Sale items

Exchanges

We do not have a direct exchange program, but if you would like to receive a different size, color, or fit we kindly ask you to return your purchase in its original condition and place a new order on our website.

All exchanges will have the $7.00 re-shipping fee waived and any product(s) purchased during a promotion or sale will still be honored at the original purchase price.

Refunds

Once your return shipment is received, please allow 24-48 business hours for the return to be processed and a refund made to the original payment method. In most cases, refunds will reflect on your account within 7-14 business days after the return is processed.
